De motorkap uitrichten gaat gemakkelijker wanneer de 
body nog niet gemonteerd is op het chassis. Je kunt nu nl
in het motorcompartiment gaan liggen.
Net als bij het plaatsen van de scoop waren de strepen een goed
hulpmiddel bij het uitrichten van de motorkap.
Om de motorkap te fixeren heb ik twee messing ringtjes gesneden die ik kon gebruiken als afstandshouder.Na het uitlijnen van de motorkap heb ik deze weer van de body afgenomen. De scharnieren heb ik echter laten zitten.

Het zagen in de body is gelukkig goed gegaan. Het ziet er (zoals verwacht) erg strak uit.
